I am a Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over two decades of experience helping people who are struggling to managing mental health issues ranging from depression, anxiety, substance use, PTSD or having specific life difficulties like divorce, empty nesting, loss of job or other life transitions. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling with a specialty in Substance Use Disorders from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. I have experience working with men and women, the young and the not so young, and many special populations. My counseling style places you as the author of your change. We will strive together as a like-minded team to develop a plan of action for you to resolve the reason that you are seeking help. We will move at your rate of comfort and follow the direction you choose to manage and maintain the changes you worked hard to achieve.
